Which game should i buy?MW 2 or MW 3?

Uhm guys i dont know which game should i buy because MW 2 is on offer on Steam whereas MW 3 isn't.So i really dont know if i should buy the discounted one which is not the latest one or i should buy the no discounted one which is the latest one.

you cant play both the games on ur pc upgrade ur pc first
