Can anyone help me! on my mw2 server

i portforwarded and everything but its not showing on the list why pls help!

1:- u r own (home hosted server) wont show up in the server list(in game).
2:- my server shows up in alteriw.net/dedicated.php bt wen i click shoe server status it says "the server didnt respond within specified time" any help?
